Refer a Job Candidate and Receive a Referral Award

There is no better way to start your year than working with your friends, and at Samaritan Health Services you can earn up to $1,500 in the process, and up to $2,500 for physician referrals! With our referral program, working with friends has never been more rewarding.

Ready to start your journey towards rewards? The first step is to fill out the form below sharing information about yourself and your referral. Once you have completed the form, if your referral is hired and starts employment you can submit a payment request within the first 90 days of their employment in PeopleSoft using the referral award form.

The following roles are eligible for a referral bonus:

  • Physician
  • Biomed Tech.
  • MLS/MLT.
  • New Grad RN.
  • OR Tech.
  • Physical Therapist.
  • Occupational Therapist.
  • Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Imaging Technologist.

This is not an all-inclusive list and may change from time to time based on recruitment trends. If you have questions about whether a position may qualify for a referral award, please contact the HR Service Center.

The award amount (according to policy), which is subject to federal, state and local taxes, for each job title will be:

Physician $2,500
All others indicated on list $1,500

*Up to $2,500 is available for Physician referrals.
