Patient population: 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient – young adults to geriatrics.
Cases: Primarily outpatient orthopedic; even mix of back, neck, shoulder, knee, and other.
Services: Aquatic therapy, balance work, exercise therapy for spine and extremities, lymphedema therapy, manual therapy, occupational medicine, spine and core stabilization, sports injuries and prevention, total joint replacement therapy, pelvic floor rehab (continence therapy).
A department within an acute care hospital, we treat young adults to geriatrics.
Cases: 30% inpatient, 70% outpatient – 60% orthopedic, 20% neurological, and 20% general medical/surgical.
Services: Manual therapy, occupational medicine, total joint replacement program, hand therapy and custom splinting, safe driving evaluations.
An outpatient department on the campus of a critical access hospital.
Patient age range: young adults to geriatrics.
Patient population: 10% inpatient, 90% outpatient.
Cases: 80% orthopedic, 10% neurological, 10% sports medicine and other services.
Services: Neck, back and extremity care, therapy after total joint replacement, treatment for auto and work injuries, treatment for vertigo and dizziness, therapy for gait and balance disorders, manual therapy, pelvic floor therapy for men and women, stroke rehab, hand therapy and therapy for voice and speech disorders.
Outpatient department within a critical access hospital with two FTE dedicated inpatient 7 days/week providing PT, OT, and SLP.
Patient age range: Pediatric to geriatric.
Patient population: 15% inpatient, 85% outpatient.
Cases: 60% orthopedic, 20% neurological, 20% cardiopulmonary or other.
Services: Parkinson’s, MS, vestibular, balance issues CVA, training splinting, Litegait, gait training, sports medicine, hand therapy, chronic pain, pain science, group PT (MAPS program), nursing and adult speech.

Patient age range: young adults to geriatric patients.
Patient population: 10% inpatient, 90% outpatient.
Cases: 60% orthopedic, 20% neurological, 10% balance, 10% other.
Services: Orthopedic, gait analysis, cervical and back diagnosis, total joint replacement therapy, neurological, balance, spinal issues, CVA.
Acute care hospital, one of four Level II trauma centers in the state, has 188 beds.
Patient age range: Pediatric to geriatric.
Patient population: 50% inpatient, 50% outpatient.
Cases: 30% orthopedics, 30% neurological, 30% general medical/surgical, and 10% sports injuries and prevention.
Services: Aquatic therapy, balance therapy, chronic pain, cognitive therapy, hand therapy, custom splinting, lymphedema treatment, myofascial work, neuro rehab, pelvic floor therapy, vision therapy, voice therapy, wheelchair fitting.
Offsite outpatient clinic.
Patient age range: Pediatric to geriatric.
Patient populations: 100% outpatient.
